Your parents were wrong. Monsters are real. Darklings prowl the night. And you are food. Only the Consortium, an ancient order from the Roman Empire, can save us. With almost woodcut-like art, this long-running comic has a very dark vibe, but with touches of humour.
Jeremy Ray describes his comic as "Dragons and zombies in space", but it is so much more than that. The story hints at Philosophical and Theological quandaries and complexities. The art is rich and detailed. But what exactly is going on ... ?
Beautiful b/w art of anthropomorphic squirrels. Who could want anything more? A deep and compelling story about messages from space, and the role conflict between mysticism and science. Did I mention squirrels? There are squirrels. So many cute squirrels.
A post-apocalyptic world is a hard place to make friends, but an easy one to make enemies. Wastelanders Anonymous may tell a tale in a dark, unforgiving place, but there's a lot of humour, and a great cast of characters.
